We were delighted to take part in the recent Talentor International Summit in Istanbul, which brought together more than 60 partners from around the globe.

Highlights of the event included:

– Inspiring presentations from Balazs Paroczay and Wolfgang Depauli, who challenged us with new perspectives on the future of recruitment.
– A symbolic transition in leadership: the departure of Michael Sarsteiner, who has left a remarkable legacy, and the appointment of Sabine Steiner as the new CEO of Talentor International.

Across all sessions and informal conversations, one key theme resonated strongly: the challenges and opportunities brought by Artificial Intelligence to our profession. The dialogue was rich, forward-looking, and highly relevant for all of us.

Beyond the content, the summit was also about connections and collaboration—exchanging insights, sharing best practices, and strengthening the unique bonds between partners.
