Partner – Latvia
Passionate about geopolitics, Thibault began his career advising governments on safety and energy issues in 2008, where he developed competition monitoring and risk analysis capabilities.
Moving to Latvia in 2010, Thibault developed a network there notably by doing an Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics.
He was honoured to work for the Office of the Prime Minister of Latvia, as an advisor, between 2012 and 2013, on topics of national development planning, energy security and strategic planning.
Benoit Charasy
Partner – France
After beginning his career as an engineer with France Telecom and Bureau Veritas, Benoit transitioned into the field of executive search in 2004.
In 2009, he joined a leading French head hunting company, where he quickly rose to become a partner.
Driven by his belief in the importance of strengthening international reach in executive search, Benoit co-founded Opera International in 2024. Fluent in English, Benoit has successfully led numerous international assignments across Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Japan, the USA, Iran, Jordan, Côte d’Ivoire, and beyond.
